The $100 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied as a discount toward your future stay when you finalize your booking.
Booking Future Stays

Future stays are pre-purchased and subject to availability.

The $100 deposit secures your ability to claim a discount on a future stay at Numeria Resort & Spa.

When bookings open, you will have the opportunity to select the exact dates for your stay, subject to availability. Early booking is encouraged to secure your preferred dates.

Final booking may require additional payment to confirm your reservation.
Numerological Forecast

The numerological forecast is provided as a complimentary thank-you gift for your deposit and is not a separate service.

As this is a gift, it is not refundable, exchangeable, or subject to modification.

The numerological forecast provided is for entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Numeria Resort & Spa does not guarantee any specific results from the forecast.
Deposit Transferability
The $100 deposit is transferable to another individual, provided we are notified in writing at least 3 days prior to the final booking.
Cancellations by Numeria Resort & Spa
In the rare event that Numeria Resort & Spa needs to cancel your ability to redeem the deposit due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

Natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, floods, or earthquakes),

Government-mandated restrictions or closures,
-
Operational challenges, such as renovations or unexpected maintenance issues,
-
Any event beyond the reasonable control of Numeria Resort & Spa that prevents us from fulfilling your reservation,
You will be offered the opportunity to:

Transfer the deposit to a later date, or
-
Receive a credit for future use.
Refunds will only be considered if no alternative resolution is possible.
How to Redeem or Transfer Your Deposit
When bookings open, Numeria Resort & Spa will notify you via email and provide a link to finalize your reservation and select your exact stay dates. This ensures you can easily secure your preferred dates, subject to availability.
To redeem your deposit or request a transfer:

Follow the booking link provided in the notification email to finalize your reservation.

If transferring the deposit to another individual, please contact us at least 3 days prior to booking.

Your full name.

Deposit confirmation number.

Desired booking dates or the name of the person you wish to transfer the deposit to.

No-Show Policy
If you finalize your booking but fail to appear on the scheduled stay date without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future reservations.
